Today marks hubby’s first year working in Sri Lanka! I am so proud and happy for him as he was able to accomplish so much at work (double the business anyone? And that’s coming from a considerable base!) and more so at home (to the frequent readers of this blog and my Facebook friends, you all know how I gush about every single little thing hubby does right?).
So, my dear hubby, it has been a great one year and I’m honored that you brought me along for the journey. I vowed to you that “wherever you are, that’s where I need to be.” So it may be a challenging ride and so far away from home, but I will do what it takes to support you. Because at the end of the day, you are my home and there is no other place I’d rather be than with you.
I love you and I am confident that you can make even bigger things happen in the next year.

You are the sweetest Ta! And so is your hubby. You are both so amazing at what you do, be it career or personal lives. I'm so happy that after all these years I am still a part of your lives...20years and counting! You can do this coming year. It is so challenging, and you and Mr. O will soar through it with flying colors, just because you are you.

ReplyDeleteMy gosh, has it been 20 years??? Oo nga noh!!! Grade 4! But I always remember seeing you since Grade 1. Tita Nono would bring you upto the stairs leading to the Grade 1 area. I would always hang out there for some reason! I miss you sweetheart! You know what, even if you get to be assigned to Europe na by next year, did you know that there are STRAIGHT flights from UK, Rome, Paris, etc. to Colombo? It'll be easier na to come here!!! :-) OR WE can visit you! ;-)
